Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before using our learning center services provided by 121 Tutors ("Learning Center"). These Terms govern your use of the Learning Center and constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User" or "you") and 121 Tutors ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Learning Center, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using the Learning Center.

• Description of Services

121 Tutors Learning Center provides personalized educational resources, tutoring services, courses, materials, and related services to enhance learning experiences. These services may include, but are not limited to, online classes, one-on-one tutoring sessions, study materials, assessments, and other educational content.

• Registration and User Accounts

a. In order to access certain features or services of the Learning Center, you may be required to create a user account. When registering, you agree to provide accurate and complete information and to keep your account details confidential. You are sulely responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

b. You must be at least 18 years old or have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction to use the Learning Center. If you are under 18 years old, you must obtain parental or guardian consent before accessing the Learning Center.

c. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if we believe you have violated these Terms or engaged in any unauthorized or inappropriate use of the Learning Center.

• User Responsibilities and Conduct

a. You agree to use the Learning Center solely for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You will not engage in any activity that could harm, disrupt, or interfere with the functioning of the Learning Center or the experience of other users.

b. You will not use the Learning Center to upload, transmit, or distribute any content that is unlawful, harmful, abusive, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable. You will also not use the Learning Center to infringe upon any intellectual property rights or violate any applicable laws.

c. You are solely responsible for any content you upload or submit to the Learning Center, and you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, and distribute such content for the purpose of providing and promoting the Learning Center.

• Intellectual Property

a. All intellectual property rights in the Learning Center, including but not limited to the content, design, logos, trademarks, and software, are owned by or licensed to us. These rights are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

b. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or otherwise exploit any part of the Learning Center without our prior written consent.

• Disclaimer of Warranties

a. The Learning Center and its content are provided on an "as-is" and "as available" basis, without any warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content or information provided through the Learning Center.

b. We disclaim any warranties or representations regarding the availability, reliability, or functionality of the Learning Center or its services. You acknowledge that the use of the Learning Center is at your own risk.

• Limitation of Liability

a. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Learning Center, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
